Wentworth College Christian Union is part of the main University CU. We are a friendly group of Christian post-graduates, masters and mature undergraduate students who meet each week in the college for a meal, Bible study, and prayer. We meet at the college Café -Edge for a meal and then the bible study takes place in one of the classrooms in the college.

For the past one year we have been meeting regularly for the bible study at one of the student homes off campus. It’s been really great, helping us to do the study in a more friendly and relaxed environment.
Wentworth College CU also meets throughout the year, aiming to support Christians at York University through the holiday periods. This summer we are having a series of study on the Minor Prophets in the Bible.
So if you're a Christian or just interested, please come along on Thursday evenings (meal at 6.30pm; study: 7.00-9.00pm).
Postgrad Discussion Group
The Christian Postgrad Discussion Group is a group of (mostly) postgrads who meet up to discuss the faith-science/faith-culture/faith-philosophy interface. It isn’t a Bible study – Wentworth CU has weekly Bible studies already – but rather topical discussions on things like worldviews and the philosophy of science. While mostly we look at articles or books, we also organise various social events such as film evenings and trips.
