Goodricke

Goodricke Christian Union meets on Wednesdays at 17.15 in the porters lodge for worship, Bible study, encouraging one another and lots of fun. We are a really friendly bunch of people from all different backgrounds, who want to learn more about God and how to better serve Him on our campus!

A typical Wednesday evening consists of a Bible study  in smaller groups, followed by big group where we all come back together for a time of worship, prayer and games! We also have an open small group, so if you’re interested in God and want to know more, please do come along to check it out!

Once a week we meet up to pray for our college, and are always looking for ways to show God’s love to those around us! We try to encourage and equip each other to witness for Jesus, and love hearing how God has been at work each others lives.
Goodricke CU welcomes both Christians and non-Christians from the college (or outside!) and aims to find out more about God and what he's all about! Anyone is welcome - we would love to meet you!

If you'd like to know any more, then feel free to add yourself to the mailing list, find us on facebook, or drop us an email!

Coming up in the autumn term:
  • Grub Crawl - Friday week 1 - we welcome all first years to come along, eat some good food & get to know everyone!
  • Besom project - a day doing a social action project such as decorating a house!
  • Small groups looking at the book of Mark!
  • Main CU weekend away to the Lake District!
  • Christmas dinner to invite your hallmates along to
